What we collect

When you fill out our intake form or email us, we collect details such as your name, ranch or business name, location, email address, phone number, the story and product information you provide, and any photos or brand files you upload.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security terms.
Basic usage data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use the information you share to:
- Build, customize, and deliver your website.
- Communicate with you about your project and respond to questions.
- Process payments for our services.
- Provide support and the optional monthly Care Plan, if you choose it.
- Keep our own site secure and functioning.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we use to run Pasture Cart, and only as needed to deliver your project:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — website hosting and storage.
- Resend — sending and receiving project email.
We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.
Your photos and content
The photos, text, and brand files you send remain yours. We use them only to build and operate your website. When we hand off your finished site, you own it — the code, the domain, and your customer list. If you'd like us to delete the materials you sent after your project wraps up, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email pasturecart@gmail.comand we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email we send.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated to active customers directly.
