The agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the website-building services provided by Alphaterra Supplies LLC(“Pasture Cart,” “we,” “us”) to you (“you,” the “customer”). By submitting an intake form or paying for a project, you agree to these Terms.
What we provide
For a one-time fee, we build and launch a website for your ranch, farm, or agricultural operation. A standard project includes a homepage, an “Our Story” section, a product catalog, Stripe-powered checkout, a contact form, mobile-friendly design, hosting setup on Vercel, help pointing your custom domain, and a period of email support after launch.
We'll confirm the specific scope of your project in writing (by email) before work begins. Work substantially beyond that agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Payment
Project fee
The website build is a one-time flat fee, quoted and agreed before launch. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We deliver your live site once payment is complete.
Care Plan (optional)
The monthly Care Plan is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops future billing — there are no long-term contracts.
Third-party costs
Domain registration (typically about $15/year) and Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are billed by those providers directly, not by us.
Refunds
Because each site is custom work, refunds are handled as follows:
- Before we begin building (after intake but before design work starts), you may request a full refund.
- Once design and build work is underway, fees already paid cover work performed and are generally non-refundable, though we'll always work with you in good faith if something isn't right.
- The monthly Care Plan can be cancelled anytime; we don't refund the current month but you won't be billed again.
If you're unhappy, talk to us first — we'd rather make it right than leave you with something you don't want.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and that you have the right to use the photos, text, logos, and other materials you send us. You're responsible for the products you sell, the orders you fulfill, and compliance with any laws that apply to your business (including food-safety and labeling rules where relevant).
Ownership
When your project is complete and paid for, you own your site — the code, the domain, and your customer list. We transfer the accounts to you. We may display your finished site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
Warranty and liability
We build your site with care, but we provide it “as is” without guarantees of specific sales results or uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Alphaterra Supplies LLC's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services such as Stripe, Vercel, or your domain registrar.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top will change. The Terms in effect when you pay for your project govern that project. Questions? Email pasturecart@gmail.com.
